03/11/2023 10:00 03/11/2023 17:00 Europe/London Walk Like an Egyptian - Cubs Challenge Hike Due to popular demand at the county forum Kent cub team have hit the ground running (or walking) and have organised a special Challenge Hike where teams of up to 8 will Walk like an Egyptian around a 6 mile circular route out of Shepherds Park in Faversham, completing fun challenges along the way before arriving at Howard Carter’s base camp to solve the mystery of Tutankhamen The whole event should last for about 5 hours and will include around 30 minutes back at the base for a hot dog and a drink around a campfire, so please bear this in mind when picking your time slot below This hike is great for leaders who want to build their confidence in leading Cubs on hikes away – we will provide you with everything you need, you just need to bring yourselves and your intrepid explorer Cubs The cost is £7 50 per Cub and leaders are free Booking is by time slots with the maximum of 2 slots of up to 8 Cubs per pack Due to the nature of the event we are insisting on a strict ratio of 1:8 +1 so please make sure you have at least 2 adult leaders who can come Cubs will need to be dressed for the weather, expecting plenty of mud and will need a packed lunch Full details will be sent a bit nearer the time This is now fully booked - sorry we cannot add any more places to this event

Booking is by time slots with the maximum of 2 slots of up to 8 Cubs per pack.
