Permit scheme

The adventurous activity permit scheme is an internal assessment scheme designed to ensure that all those leading adventurous activities for young people within Scouting have the skills, experience and personal suitability to do so.

The scheme may initially look complicated but it is in fact just a set of tasks that you need to go through and the Kent Scout Outdoor Adventures Team are happy to support your specific requirements.

Should you need training to get to the right standard it is important you have sight of the various opportunities that are being put in place to give you the tools and skills you need. The Outdoor Adventures Team can provide advise and guidance to point you in the right direction.
