Kent Scouts has a range of badges and a team of Growth & Development Officers to support you to growing scouting.
Our Growth & Development Team are here to support volunteers and to help them recruit new adults and young people. We can help with:
- Group Lead Volunteer or District meetings about growing Scouting
- Open evenings for sections or Groups
- Starting new sections
- Sections needing support
