An event for all adult leaders in Kent. Join us for a day filled with programme ideas, resources, learning, and a chance to chat with fellow leaders. Whether you're a seasoned Scouter or just starting out, this event is perfect for anyone looking to enhance their skills and find out what's new.

• L.E.A.D 2025 is open from 9.30am to 4pm
• For your safety, please follow any instructions given by event stewards
• The first aid point is with the learning team info point in the courtyard & you can complete module 10B there too.
• Free tea and coffee is available in the Barn
• There are stalls in the courtyard & jacket potatoes are on sale there too
• The Barn has 15+ stalls with a list of exhibitors at the entrance
• The Marquee has 25+ stalls with a list of exhibitors at the entrance
• Workshop places are limited so if you don’t get in, please leave your email address to be sent any handouts.
• Question time with our County Lead Volunteer, Nirav, & his team is in the Barn at 3pm
