Complete 10 of the challenges Take part in a District or County activity / event Celebrate a national holiday Meet and learn about someone who serves your community i e a police officer, your Mayor, a vet, a coastguard, a lifeboat crew member Complete at least one Skills 4 Life unit - https://www kentscouts org uk/skills4life Share photos (providing consent has been given) or a brief write up on Kent Beaver Facebook/Twitter page of the fantastic things the Colony has been up to Facebook and Twitter Take part in a cooking activity Build a fire - it doesn’t have to be a real one Support nature by making a bird feeder, bug hotel, hedgehog house – can you get any pictures of the birds enjoying their feast, bugs tucked up in the hotel or hedgehogs snuggled in their house? RSBP - Make a recycled bird feeder Go on a litter pick with your colony Make a donation to a local foodbank or animal rescue centre, find out about the work they do, perhaps see if you can pay them a visit Take part in a sleepover As a colony learn a new skill then make either a poster or a video to show what you have learnt Have a joint activity with your Cub pack Go on a nature walk with a twist – using your tracking skills leave a trail for others to follow Invite a member of the Kent Beaver Scout Support team to your colony – contact us Download the Beaver Challenge Order your badges
